‘Tis the season for holiday cheer! Decorations will be hung with care and holiday spirit will be in the air.
Join Fanshawe Pioneer Village for an outdoor Holiday Market in the Village.

Where: Fanshawe Pioneer Village. Located inside Fanshawe Conservation Area.
(Enter at 1424 Clarke Road, London, Ontario through Conservation Area Entrance.)

Event Dates: Saturday, November 30, 2024

Times: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

VENDOR DETAILS

  • The Holiday Market will take place at Fanshawe Pioneer Village which is located inside Fanshawe Conservation Area.

  • This will be an outdoor winter event. Limited indoor spaces and outdoor “chalets” available for a premium vendor price.

    • If you are applying for an uncovered space you are responsible for bringing your own tent or canopy for weather protection.

    • The event will go on rain, snow, or shine. An inclement weather date will not be scheduled.

  • The event date is Saturday, November 30, 2024.

    • Gates open to the public at 10:00 a.m. and close at 4:00 p.m.

    • Vendors must adhere to the event opening and closing times, booths remaining open and staffed throughout the event. not adhering to event times could result in an additional fee as outlined below in Payment Details.

  • Vendor Load-in time: 3:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Friday, November 29, 2024

  • Vendor Set-up time: 8:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2024

  • Vendor Tear-down time: 4:10 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. on Saturday, November 30, 2024

  • Vehicles are not allowed on site between 9:30 a.m. and 4:10 p.m. on Saturday. This is for both safety reasons and to keep the integrity of the Heritage Village experience for visitors. All vehicles must be removed from inside the Village by 9:30 am on Saturday, November 30, 2024.

  • A site plan/map will be sent to vendors in advance.

    • Please Note: Fanshawe Pioneer Village will determine final placement of vendors.

  • All vendors must provide their own equipment/supplies for their booth, including any tablecloths, tables, chairs, canopies, tents, display stands, and signs. (Note: Supplies are not available from Fanshawe Pioneer Village.)

  • Vendor displays/booths/signs can only be set-up inside Fanshawe Pioneer Village.

  • Vendors are encouraged to provide free promotional materials, products or giveaways during the event.

PAYMENT DETAILS

  • There will be a charge to participate as a chosen Vendor at this event.

  • Vendors can apply for a space with fees as follows:

    • Under Cover with Hydro: $120.00

    • Wooden “Chalet” with Hydro: $120.00

    • Outdoor Space with Hydro: $80.00

    • Outdoor Space without Hydro: $65.00

  • In addition to the Vendor Booth Fees dictated above, valid credit card information or a $50.00 deposit cheque make out to the Fanshawe Pioneer Village will be required to participate in the Market. Should vendors not adhere to set up and tear down times outlined above (ie. packing up early), an additional $50.00 fee will be charged using the credit information or cheque provided. Should vendors adhere to all set up and tear down times outlined, no additional fee will be charged and deposit cheques will be returned.

  • A number of vendor spaces are reserved for Indigenous identifying artists and vendors. If this applies to you, please indicate in the additional comments section of the application form below.

  • Vendors will be required to provide vendor/exhibitor insurance

  • A limited number of tables are available upon request for an additional fee.

  • Please note spaces are not heated. Heaters of any kind are not permitted.

APPLICATION/VENDOR TIMELINE

  • September 7, 2024 - Vendor Applications Open

  • October 7, 2024 - Vendor Applications Close

  • October 9, 2024 – Accepted Vendors will be contacted .

  • October 20, 2024 – Vendor Waivers and Booth Fees Due

  • November 29, 2024 – Vendor Load-in

  • November 30, 2024 – Holiday Market
