Postponed: With the health and safety of our visitors, volunteers and staff in mind, and in light of recommendations from the Ontario Chief Medical Officer of Health, Fanshawe Pioneer Village will be closed to the public Monday, March 16th until Tuesday, April 7th, 2020. Join Fanshawe Pioneer Village and The Arbour’s Attic for History + Sign Design on Thursday, April 2nd, 2020!

Signs demonstrate personality and their owners individuality, now and in the past. Create a sign of your own, based around the theme of ‘Home,’ to add a bit of personal flair to your living space! Check out the sign options to find the one that speaks to you.

Pick one of The Arbour’s Attic’s carefully curated sign options. No artistic ability necessary, all supplies provided; paint and stain chosen the evening of the event. Britteny will walk you through the steps to complete you wood sign– the perfect piece to add to your home.

FAQs

What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Fanshawe Pioneer Village is located within the Fanshawe Conservation Area, entrance at 1424 Clarke Road. Follow the orange signs through the conservation area to our large parking lot on the left-hand side of the road (there is accessible parking at our Spriet Family Visitor Centre).

There is no public transportation to site.

What’s the refund policy?

Refunds are not available.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

We are tree friendly! You do not need to bring a printed copy of your ticket with you but we will ask for your name, or the name you registered under.
